What is TheFocusTask?+
TheFocusTask is a premium task manager designed for people who want to maximize their productivity. It includes Kanban boards, Pomodoro timer, Focus mode, smart suggestions, calendar view, achievements, and much more.
How much does it cost?+
We offer two plans: Monthly at $2.99/month and Annual at $19.99/year (44% savings). Both include a 7-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?+
You can use TheFocusTask completely free for 7 days when you subscribe. After the trial period, your selected plan will be charged. You can cancel at any time.
How do I subscribe?+
Click 'Get Started' on the main page, select your plan (monthly or annual) and complete payment through Lemon Squeezy, our secure payment processor. Once completed, log in with the email you used for purchase.
How do I log in?+
Go to the Login page and enter the email you used to subscribe. We automatically verify your subscription with Lemon Squeezy — no password needed.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Go to your Profile in the app and click 'Manage Subscription'. This will take you to the Lemon Squeezy portal where you can cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
Where is my data stored?+
Your tasks, notes, and settings are stored securely in the cloud via encrypted storage (Supabase). This means your data syncs automatically across all your devices. We also keep a local backup in your browser for offline access. Your data is encrypted and protected with enterprise-grade security.
Does my data sync between devices?+
Yes! When you log in with the same email on any device, your tasks, categories, notes, and settings sync automatically. Changes are saved to the cloud within 3 seconds. You can also manually sync from Settings.
What happens if I clear my browser cache?+
Don't worry! Since your data is stored in the cloud, clearing your browser cache won't affect your tasks. Simply log in again and all your data will be restored from the cloud. You can also export a JSON backup from Settings for extra safety.
Does it work offline?+
Yes, TheFocusTask is a PWA (Progressive Web App). Once loaded, you can use the app without internet. Your changes will sync to the cloud when you're back online. You can install it on your device from the browser.
Can I use TheFocusTask on my phone?+
Absolutely! TheFocusTask is designed with a responsive layout that works perfectly on phones, tablets, and computers. You can add it to your home screen like a native app.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes, we offer refunds within the first 14 days after purchase. Contact us at thefocustask@gmail.com and we'll process your refund.
